I integrate spiritual principles and practices into the therapeutic process in my faith-based counseling approach. Faith can provide comfort, guidance, and hope during difficult times. By incorporating clients' beliefs and values into therapy, I help them explore their spirituality as a source of strength and resilience. I also recognize the importance of addressing the mind-body connection in therapy. Our physical health and well-being are closely tied to our mental and emotional well-being. I encourage clients to engage in self-care practices, such as exercise, proper nutrition, and adequate sleep, to support their overall well-being. As an experienced counselor, I have worked with a diverse range of clients and have experience in addressing various mental health challenges. Whether it's anxiety, depression, addiction, trauma, or relationship issues, I am committed to providing personalized support tailored to each individual's needs. Outside of my professional life, I find fulfillment in spending time with my family, attending church, going on vacations, listening to gospel music, cooking, and reading.
